We sell delicious beef, reared using traditional
farming methods; our cattle are grown slowly on our meadows and
pastures in Carlton. Our beef is butchered locally and hung for
at least ten days.
We sell our beef in packs of approximately 12kg,
or individual cuts, packed and frozen ready for the freezer.
